I was able to check in even though I got there pretty late , they are staffed 24/7 . The room was really nice even had a mini fridge and microwave oven , 2 nice beds . Everything was clean , they had a really nice pool . The free breakfast was also excellent and everything was freshly made, scrambled eggs and favorite meats, waffles, biscuits, toast , the staff especially at the breakfast room was very nice & attentive . It was GREAT ! I am so glad I booked with them & I will book them in the future , It was right by I95 and 15 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center where I was doing my business . This was such a nice hotel , I would highly recommend it and if you have kids, they are very accomodating as many guest 's had kids and I could tell they were happy . They also have a nice restaurant " Beef Obrady's" on site and a Waffle House next door. Overall this Best Western was a Great Deal ! , and I will give them 5 stars , I'll be back next time my travels take me to Kennedy Space center or Titusville area , they were great & an excellent value !

When I checked in the desk clerk Jen was so helpful in getting me checked in. Got into room and noticed there was a slight problem with the room. Called Jen and she got the situation handled immediately. James set up the pack in play for us for the baby. Room had a brand new smart TV and our room was very nice. Loved that there was Lysol wipes as one of the room amenities. The next morning I headed to the breakfast room and got my breakfast. The attendant was very helpful and tables were cleaned immediately, as families left after their breakfast. The scrambled eggs with ham was ok. I know they use liquid eggs. But I suggest the add some half and half to the mix to make a fluffier egg. Loved the sausage patties and waffles. Loved the extra effort for the kids yogurt parfaits. The attendant was very helpful to provide to go boxes so I could bring breakfast back to my sleeping family. After I got back to my room I decided to go to the store so I could pick up a few things we needed before we headed out. I tried to start the car but the battery was dead. Frustrated I walked to the front desk and met Thia. Told her my situation and she quickly called maintenance and then told me that David, their maintenance man would meet me in front of my room. I headed to my room and sure enough David was right there waiting with a jump box. David got my car jumped and suggested that I keep the car running awhile to recharge my battery. Every staff member that I encountered from check in to check out was friendly and prompt in doing their job, especially when I had car trouble. I will definitely will be going back for future stays at Best Western Space Shuttle Inn.

This facility has an excellent crew. Cindy runs her front desk like you are welcome to be here. Taylor and Thea have the office operations smooth and efficient. Housekeeping Valerie consistently provides exceptional service. This place is always clean and insect free,in Florida! Hotel grounds are kept clean and safe by Hal. He seems to be everywhere handling business. Elizabeth greets her morning breakfast guests with a smile and an amazing selection of choices to start the new day. Well done Martha, this is a very pleasant experience for an excellent value!

Quite a small room but clean and all we needed for a convenient stay after spending a day at space center . Breakfast was exceptional! we have had over 20 stays in America so far and this breakfast was the best ; freshly cooked ; fresh fruit in yoghurt and a friendly and accomodating cook who was helpful and made us feel welcome

This Hotel is great because of its employees! They make up for the age of the building. Maintenance workers go out of their way to help guests as does House Keeping. Breakfast crew goes above and beyond

This property is a hidden jewel of the best Western company. It is very clean and well managed. The office staff,Brooke, Cindy and Trinity are friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Housekeeping has got it together, Valerie and her coworkers care about their property and it shows. A Florida coastal location with no room insects? Well done! The full hot breakfast is impressive and cheerfully facilitated by caring staff in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value!

Fantastic to get a full sit down cooked breakfast at this price. Was much better than I expected. Room was clean and well stocked and maintained. Decor was good.

Clean room, with a real blanket, coffee machine with coffee/condiment's, iron and board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Fridge/microwave. FREE BREAKFAST! Eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits and more! Nice pool! Soda/water/snack machines and free ice...under stairwells. Over 100 channel Spectrum tv, FREE WIFI! Nice walking trail with pond and bridge. 3 convenience stores, Starbucks, Dennys, Waffle House, McDonalds...all within 1000 feet of hotel. Walmart, Target, Petco etc. within walking distance. Main hwy to many attractions. PET FRIENDLY! Staff was super friendly and they keep the grounds clean and SAFE! BEST deal in town.
